If you need a facility for your next event, look no further than the Silos@37. Silos@37 — Hamilton County 4-H Fairgrounds & Event Center — provides a wide variety of modern, comfortable, and spacious buildings for small- to mid-size conventions, meetings, and private events.

Silos@37 is located one block off State Road 37, just minutes north of Indianapolis in Noblesville, Ind. Offering small town hospitality and charm a variety of restaurants, shopping, and hotels nearby, Silos@37 is a convenient two-hour travel time from Louisville and Cincinnati, and three hours from Chicago, Columbus, or “Michiana.”

A refundable damage deposit of $250 is required for all rentals. Please review these guidelines before entering into a rental agreement.

THE SILOS@37 FEATURES

While major renovation project is currently underway, some of our buildings will be limited for outside use. Completion of Phase 1 of the renovation project was completed in 2025. Improvements will include:

  • A new Bicentennial Pavilion with amenities for social events
  • 20,000 sq. ft Show Arena (Phase 2)
  • A much-improved 10,000 sq. ft Llama Barn that will allow year-around functions
  • Enhanced student learning spaces —STEM
  • Increase rental space capacity to provide appropriate space for events of all sizes
  • Outdoor garden spaces
