Silos@37 is the re-imagined 4-H Fairgrounds and Event Center also referred to as “Fairgrounds for the Future.”

These improvements are intended to:

  • Enhance and provide a safe and accessible public space for community events and festivals
  • Promote and support the activities of the Hamilton County agricultural and life science industries
  • World-class learning space for new programming
  • Remain a leading point of interest for tourism and residents
  • Act as a catalyst for economic development for the City of Noblesville and Hamilton County

In 2022, the Hamilton County Council generously included $15 million in fairground improvements in its financial plan to include the SILOS@37. In addition, a capital campaign has been launched to solicit funds from Hamilton County supporters of Agriculture and 4-H programming.

The ceremonial groundbreaking for the project is scheduled for July 20; construction is set to begin in October of 2023 and completion is expected in late 2024.

We will not be booking events at the O.W. Winks Building or the Annex after October 1, at which time they will be razed to make way for the Pleasant Street expansion. We will begin taking reservations for the newly constructed Bicentennial Pavilion and updated Exhibition spaces in 2024.

We will not be booking events in the Llama Barn after October 1, at which time it will be closed for renovations and improvements. We hope to begin scheduling events in the updated Llama Barn in late 2024.

Activities and programs of the Hamilton County 4-H Fair and Purdue Extension will carry on as close to normal as possible during construction. We are committed to communicating any changes and modifications to activities as soon as possible. Please watch our Silos37 social media presence and sign up for our eNewsletter to stay informed!
